We will discuss the problems facing the Cleveland Municipal School District with regards to technology, the relevant provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act, and programs already in place to deal with these issues.

Why this topic?
We chose this topic because, as students studying computers, we realize the importance of basic computing skills, and the challenges facing those who are unfamiliar with computers. We focused on the Cleveland schools not only because it is in the vicinity of Case, but also because the CMSD is in great need of improvement in this area.
